About DBR Construction

Lakeland's Leading General Contractor

Founded in 2021 by Polk County based builders with 20+ years of hands-on construction experience. A licensed general contractor with our own roofing division, fully insured and accountable to the neighbors we build for.

Built in Lakeland. Backed by our name.

DBR Construction was founded in 2021 by Brandon Betts and Nate Sanchez, Lakeland based builders with 20+ years of hands-on construction experience. We are locally owned, fully insured and licensed as a Florida Certified General Contractor (CGC #1531838) and a Certified Roofing Contractor (CCC #1333156).

From our shop at 1725 George Jenkins Blvd, we build, expand, remodel and roof homes and commercial spaces across Lakeland, Winter Haven, Auburndale, Bartow, Plant City, Brandon, Tampa and the greater Polk County, Hillsborough County and Central Florida area. That commitment shows in our 4.9-star rating from 100+ reviews, our written workmanship warranty and a one-stop approach that handles every trade under one contract.

We started in roofing and restoration and built our reputation one honest job at a time. Today we are a full-service general contractor with our own roofing division, and that same standard carries into custom homes, additions, remodels and commercial buildouts. Florida tough, customer focused, and craftsmanship you can afford from people you can trust.
