It starts with your lot and your plans. We review the survey, flood zone, soils and setbacks, help you work with an architect or designer if you need one, and coordinate the engineering. Once the design is set you get a detailed, itemized price. From there we pull permits under our own license, prepare the site, pour the foundation, frame and dry in the house, install the roof and bring in licensed electrical, plumbing and HVAC trades before finishes and final inspection.
