Demolition, framing, systems and finishes, with long-lead items ordered early and regular progress updates.
5. Inspections & CO
Trade and final inspections scheduled and passed, leading to your certificate of occupancy.
6. Closeout & Warranty
A final walkthrough, punch list completed and warranty information handed over before we call the job done.
