Every structure we build is engineered for the design wind speed at your address, with footings, framing and connections sized to match. That engineering is part of the permit, and the work is inspected before it is signed off.
An insulated patio cover uses foam-core roof panels that block much more heat, keeping the space underneath noticeably cooler and quieter in the rain. A standard aluminum cover costs less and still provides shade and rain protection.
Yes. Because we also hold a Florida roofing license (CCC #1333156), our own crew ties the new structure into your existing roof with proper flashing and sealing, so the connection stays watertight.
Once the permit is approved, most screen rooms and patio covers are installed in a few days. Larger pool enclosures can take longer. We give you a realistic schedule, including permit time, with your estimate.
